Why Lavender?

I have always thought that lavender was such a romantic flower. It is such a calming and beautiful plant. Over time, we have learned how many uses the flower has. Culinary, decorative, aromatherapy, and essential oil are the main ways we utilize our lavender here on the farm. From our syrups to our lotions, our customers have returned year after year. When we first started our lavender journey, I had no idea how many colors and varieties existed. Once we started working with it, I only grew to love it more as I learned about the beautiful plant.
