NOTE: all our syrups make a nice drizzle on fruit, desserts, salads, and are useful in marinades for fish/poultry.
Lavender Ginger Peach Bourbon Iced Tea
5 oz bourbon
1 oz Lavender Ginger Peach syrup
2 oz brewed iced tea
2 oz lemonade
Fill glass with ice. Pour ingredients over ice. Transfer to mixing tin and shake. Pour back into glass and serve.
Lavender Creamsicle Frappe
1 oz Lavender Vanilla Syrup
1 oz Lavender Ginger Peach Syrup
2 oz orange juice
1 scoop vanilla frappe powder
2 cups ice.
Fill 16 oz glass with ice. Pour ingredients into a blender. Add ice from the glass and blend until smooth. Pour back into glass and serve.
Lavender Ginger Peach Iced Tea
1 oz Lavender Ginger Peach Syrup
7 oz tea
Pour into a 16 oz glass full of ice.
Sunny Lemonade
1 oz Lavender Ginger Peach Syrup
5 oz lemonade
Lavender Martini
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Lavender syrup
1.5 oz gin of choice
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake vigorously, strain into a 3 oz glass, garnish with a fresh slice of lemon
Fresh Fruit Salad with Lavender
Prepare 1 pint of fresh fruit of choice, strawberries, and blueberries are excellent. In a small bowl mix 1/4 cup of lavender syrup and 2 tsp lemon juice. Pour mixture over fruit and stir to coat.
Lavender Lemonade
Fill a 16 oz glass with ice.
Add .5-1 oz Lavender syrup.
Top with lemonade and stir. Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge and stem of lavender.
Lavender Mojito
.5 oz mojito mix
.5 oz Lavender syrup
3 fresh basil leaves
3 fresh mint leaves
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz rum of choice
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a 14 oz glass, top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint and lavender.
